 at 8h30. Everyone can/should participate even very beginners.

Special training 2012 is over

12 karatekas from 4 nationalities joined 2012 Vietnam special training.
As last year it was a great success. Thanks to Richard Hiegel who came specially from France to lead the three and a half days of intense practice. Thanks a lot as well to France Shotokan their support.
